- Acquisition by Syntea orders from Centrum Rozwoju Zasobów Ludzkich on one of the largest commercial projects Szkolenia z nowych technologii pracowników 45+ zatrudnionych w instytucjach pomocy i integracji społecznej ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem pracowników socjalnych.
- The first place in the ranking of the best training companies published in Home & Market magazine.
- Building network of partners and cooperating with new entities which join the Syntea Education Partners cluster.
- Syntea as a host of conference summarizing the Eastern Poland Economic Promotion Programme.

2012
- Acquiring by Syntea the status of Employment Agency (certified by the Marshal Office of the Lubelskie Voivodship – number 8967)– start to provide services associated with job recruiting in Poland and abroad.
- Getting support for expansion of partnership network in the area of Central and East European countries in regards of implementing project “Supporting Syntea’s educational services on an international market” within the framework of Innovational Economy Operational Program, Poperation 6.1. “Passport for Export”.
- Developing the range of educational services – new Aptech Limited’s professional courses and training – animation and computer graphics (Arena Animation) and tourism (Aviation&Hospitality Academy)
- Starting to build own partnership network – Syntea Education Partner – focused partners interested in promoting and expanding their portfolio by providing Syntea’s products and services.
- Signing the investment agreement beetwen Syntea and a global training company Aptech during the trade mission on the Nasscom in India – Aptech became a minority shareholder (9,09% shares in Syntea).
2011
- merger of MCSK and Syntea, Syntea continues all MCSK’s operating activities and took over all of its assets.

2009
- Beginning of the project in partnership with The Higher School of Pedagogy of the Society of Public Knowledge in Warsaw.
- Realization of the training processes for the high school students of the Ostrowiecki Poviat.
2008
- MCSK (currently Syntea) incorporation to the Syntea Group.
- Submission of several dozens of applications prepared by the internal Department for EU Funds Acquisition.
- The title of “ECDL Best Institutional Partner” granted by PIPS (Polish Information Processing Society).
- Obtaining first in Poland Comarch training partner status.
2007
- Achievement of the ECDL (European Computer Driving License) examination and training center.
- Successful participation in implementing the “18-24 Time for Independence” training project, financed by the Cohesion Fund for several VLC (Voluntary Labour Corps) entities and approximately 1000 beneficiaries.
- Extending the range of services covered by the Quality Management System with consulting services and audits of implementation of information system.
2006
- Extension of the portfolio to include services for other Microsoft products (SQL, SharePoint, Project Server and others) and consulting services, including the effectiveness audit for the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Achievement of the highest status in Microsoft Program Partner – a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status.
- Initiation of the cooperation with the public and education sectors and widening of the offer with open IT skills trainings.
2005
- Opening of the Education Centre in Warsaw.
- Expending business activity to delivering services to the Microsoft Dynamics systems users.
2004
- Implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in the range of "delivery of training services in the advanced information technology systems, among them Microsoft Dynamics products".
- Outsourcing of the training services for Microsoft Business Solution Axapta in Avon Cosmetics Poland, for a team of 431 employees in 23 departments.
2003
- Founding of MCSK (currently Syntea)
- The company starts operation as a first in Poland training partner of Microsoft Business Solutions (later Microsoft Dynamics), offering training for beginners and advanced IT users and specific training for Microsoft Business Solutions products.
