Our business model involves not only the activity of Syntea’s talented and experienced managers, but also its unique product portfolio satisfying the needs of the dynamically changing labour market, and the company's experience in acquiring EU and state funds for carrying out educational projects. All these factors are combined with our partners' potential and familiarity with their local labour markets. Individuals, who have already joined our network, explore new development directions and opportunities for their business and gain numerous advantages. We write and we both own projects and realize some activities in partnerships with schools, universities, institutions and enterprises and participate in projects as subcontractors.

The project is implemented within Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Lubusz Voivodeship and Greater Poland Voivodeship. The
aim of the initiative is to improve competencies of 2700 students attending primary, lower-secondary and secondary schools.
The participants take part in classes in mathematics and natural sciences, foreign languages, 'I am going to be an entrepreneur'
workshops as well as IT/ITC computer education. Ministry of National Education is an intermediate body.

Syntea implemented the project aimed at raising the level of economic activity for 90 people with disabilities from the Mazowieckie province. The participants took part in psychological and vocational counseling, as well as they had the opportunity to participate in VCC Multimedia advertising, VCC Presentation of information systems in business and VCC Programming websites. In addition, participants had the opportunity to participate in professional internships.

Syntea in partnership with the Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego im. Marii Skłodowskiej – Curie in Pionki joined the W świecie liczą się tylko zawodowcy project in response to the diagnosis of educational and teaching needs. The implementation of the project introduced the new elements of teaching with using a multimedia techniques in teaching process and support the vocational offer. Students increased their competences through participation in compensatory classes within the VCC certification: Quality of service in tourism, Airline cabin crew, Ground handling staff, bartender, MAG Welder, Multimedia advertising, Computer-aided design and Engineering CAD 2D and 3D and workshop with a professional career counselor.
