EU Projects

Our business model involves not only the activity of Syntea’s talented and experienced managers, but also its unique product portfolio satisfying the needs of the dynamically changing labour market, and the company's experience in acquiring EU and state funds for carrying out educational projects. All these factors are combined with our partners' potential and familiarity with their local labour markets. Individuals, who have already joined our network, explore new development directions and opportunities for their business and gain numerous advantages. We write and we both own projects and realize some activities in partnerships with schools, universities, institutions and enterprises and participate in projects as subcontractors.

Project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, Key Action 2: Strategic Partnership and affects the tourism and access of disabled and people with special need to tourist services. The project partners beside of experience in international projects have considerable experience in vocational education, especially for the HORECA sector.

Partners of the project are institutions providing formal and informal education as well as youth worker organisations in the field of social media - challenges, benefits and problems of youth.

Main result of the project is to develop and adapt to the needs of each country an innovative training programme for youth worker in the age of smartphones and social media.

Aim of the project is exchange of good practicies in the field of vocational training child carers. Syntea’s input to the project outcomes is innovative training material „VCC© child carer” and conducting VCC© training for an international group of trainees.

Project Partners

Syntea SA is taking part in Cycle 8 of Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme as a local contact point. Our task is to guide entrepreneurs throughout exchange process: help with application, help with establish a successful relationship with a suitable entrepreneur as well as providing with all the answers to entrepreneur’s questions.

Who can participate in EYE Programme?

  • New entrepreneurs, firmly planning to set up their own business or have already started one within the last three years;
  • Experienced entrepreneurs who own or manage a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise in one of the Participating Countries.

In cycle 8 we esspecially support women and their bussiness but our project is open to everyone who meet Programme requirements.

SEPUGS Arseni Jovkov

Program: Erasmus+

Project Vocational Education Training - DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (VET DAAD) is realized by two Partners: SEPUGS Arseni Jovkov – Skopje (Leader) and Syntea S.A. within Erasmus+ Programme Key Action1 Mobility of learners and staff. Register number of the application form is 2015-1-MK01-KA102-002725. During of project is 12 months. Start of the project activates at 01.06.2015. Aim of the project is to strength students’ knowledge skills and abilities, for more effective involvement in the labor market, after completing their education and increase the competence of teachers for a more efficient implementation of the curricula in the field of the business and law.

Under the project we planned two Actions to gain the project goals:

  • Activity 1 - Mobility and work placement of students according VCC© certification system for database administrator in duration of 80 working hours
  • Activity 2 - Mobility and work placement for developing of professional skills of teachers, according certificated VCC© program for database administrator in duration of 40 working hours

Program: Erasmus+

Syntea is the project partner Taking the road to employment - developing new skills and knowledge for unemployed persons Erasmus + program, Action KA 2 - Adult Education Strategic Partnership, the grant agreement number: 2014-1-MK01-KA204-000246. Partners in the project are CES - Company for other education, management and consulting services Training Center of Macedonia, Aleron Training Center of Romania and Bulgaria EOOD Thesis.

The aim of the project is to develop new skills and acquire knowledge by anyone without employment. The project involves the exchange of good practices, the creation of training materials in four modules: interpersonal skills, project management, marketing and entrepreneurship and innovation. The project is aimed at the unemployed who are under 45 years of age and have a minimum of secondary education and the status of an unemployed person. The project will be trained 64 people - 16 people from each partner country. The project is implemented from January 2015 to December 2016.

Project „Encourage Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation” (ENCOSI) is realized throughout the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. Syntea is local contact point in Cycle 7 throughout the Programme.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other Participating Countries. The exchange of experience takes place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur, which helps the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small firm.

Under ENCOSI Project we especially entrepreneurs:

  • who are new in the market or run a business no longer than 3 years
  • experienced entrepreneurs from EU member countries

Project CISOinSMEs

Lifelong Learning Programme

The main objective of the project which belongs to the Lifelong Learning Programme is to provide SMEs with knowledge on Information Security based on the partners previous experience, and requirements of certified blended learning training. This will be achieved through transferring innovative training solutions based on INESEMOT experience (training curricula, e-learning scenarios) and transfer Vocational Certification System certifying competences of both trainers and trainees. These two items will be used to prepare a modern, up-to-date training comprising up-to-date knowledge, specific requirements scope of issues that are necessary in a job of Information Security professional in SMEs. The training materials from INSEMOT project will be transferred to from Austria to Poland, Greece and Bulgaria.

One of the project’s activities is pilot training for 75 participants from Bulgaria, Greece and Poland (25 participants per country).

Project time frame is from 1st October 2013 to 30th September 2015.

Project TECRINO

Lifelong Learning Programme

TECRINO project assumes that innovation and creativity can be taught. Based on this assumption the overall project aims to develop the appropriate courseware to improve the awareness of teachers and students in the field of engineering about the mental process and educational techniques required by the concept of education for creativity. Project is based on the Community principles, since its central objective is the improvement of the educational performance.

Creativity is a multidimensional and dynamic process, involving conscious mental activity, affectivity, motivation and social interaction. Therefore, the TECRINO project, unlike previous similar projects, will attempt not just to teach creativity techniques (e.g. TRIZ), but to teach for creativity, i.e. to develop the general ability to solve problems in a creative way.

Projekt Renova

Lifelong Learning Programme

RENOVA Project (A knowledge transfer and framework construction for nursing staff across Europe to develop professional skills as Managers) was realized within the "Leonardo da Vinci - Transfer of Innovation" research program by 6 partners: Siveco Romania (Leader), Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Romania), Tehne (Romania), ORT (France), Searchlighter (UK) and Syntea (Poland). The implementation of the project ended in February 2013.

The project was a response to the changeable role and requirements for nurses in the European Union. The RENOVA project supported the acquisition of professional skills and qualifications enabling professional development and improvement in the quality of services in healthcare by conducting research on the current state of nursing education in Poland and Romania and recommendations from experts. Furthermore the training-program descriptions took into account the managerial skills and the implementation of pilot training for 40 nurses from Poland and 60 from Romania.

Apart from the traditional training the participants were able to take advantage of the modern e-learning platform. Remote distance learning was fully supported on the platform. After completed training the participants received vocational certificates.
